What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel at any time up to twenty-four (24) hours prior to the event start time. If cancellation occurs within the thirty (30) day period just prior to the event start date, then you will be liable for exactly twenty-five percent (25%) of the total package price as such cancellations severely hinder the booking and proper planning of other clients for your cancelled date. If cancellation occurs within the twenty-four (24) hour period immediately preceding the event start time, then you will be held liable for exactly fifty percent (50%) of the total package price. If the cancellation occurs after we have already arrived onsite on the day of the event, you will be liable for 100% of the total package price.
